Gutter Service of New England was founded in 2009 by Michael Taraksian a small independent business owner on a mission providing quality products and service at reasonable prices. Michael had spent 10 years in the gutter, gutter guard, and roofing industry prior to launching his own company. This provided him with a clear vision as to how he would manage his company and treat his customers. Knowing how valuable the customer is he decided to bring on new employees that he would personally train and made sure they all bought into the motto “When you arrive at the customers home treat it has though it is your own” this has proven to be a formular for success, Michael is still here 13 years into his journey and many more to come.
With a total of 23 years in the business the new addition of roofing and siding to his gutter company was inevitable. Having roofing experience and working in conjunction with siding companies over the years he again felt obligated to bring the valuable customer service experience he has mastered to the roofing and siding sector with the same motto “When you arrive at the customers home treat it has though it is your own” he is confident our new customers will be thrilled with the quality, service, and overall experience the company will deliver.
